El teatro, anteriormente propiedad y operado por la familia Osmond, fue tomado por Clay Cooper en enero de 2010. Desde entonces, se amplió el vestíbulo, se añadieron 7,000 pies cuadrados en la parte trasera para vestuarios adicionales, sala de ensayo...
